DELIVERY 

Once payments have been received, SIF&LOKI makes every effort to deliver as quickly as possible, within certain conditions. 

Delivery is made to the address indicated when the order is placed.

Once the product has left SIF&LOKI’s possession, the Purchaser assumes the risks. Should there be damage during transport, the Purchaser must lodge a complaint with the delivery company within three days after date of Delivery. 

SIF&LOKI delivers to France, Monaco, French Overseas Territories, the European Union, Switzerland, North Africa, North America and Japan. 

Only products that are in stock can benefit from rapid delivery.

Typical delivery times: 48 to 72 hours using Colissimo or DHL within France.

8 to 20 days using Colissimo, DHL or Fedex for international deliveries.

Delivery times are the responsibility of the delivery companies; Under no condition is SIF&LOKI’s responsibility engaged should deliveries take longer than stated times. 

In case of absence at the time of delivery, the Purchaser will receive notification of the delivery company’s attempt to deliver; the Purchaser must then retrieve the goods at the post office within the stated time limit given. 

The Purchaser must verify the state of the packaging and the goods in the presence of the delivery person or post-office worker. Any delay in the delivery does not constitute a right to reimbursement or cancellation.
